This customized pendant was created in polished 14k yellow gold. The 8 mm round, custom cut gemstone is bead set (small beads of metal are pushed over the stone to secure it) and weighs approximately 2 carats. It is shown here in sky blue topaz and is available in green amethyst (prasiolite), lavender amethyst, and rock crystal.
